The apartment is on the first top floor in a beautiful house in the centre of the gem city Idar-Oberstein. Down town, the diamond museum, bars, restaurants, shops and the German School for Gemology are only a 5-10 minute walk away. The house is located between the city centre and the city forest.
There is public parking right in front of the house.
The German Gemmological Association, the city centre, shops and restaurants are in close walking distance.
The apartment consists of a bright living room, and spacious bedroom, a bright and spacious kitchen and a brand new bathroom with a big bathtub.
Every room, except for the bathroom (granite tiles) has hygenic hardwood floors.
You can use the little backyard to barbeque or to relax.
There is a laundry room in the basement.
